Cave Dive Club wasn’t born in a boardroom…
Our Story
It started the way the best things do: a handful of friends, a shared obsession with the underwater world, and a mutual inability to say no to one more dive. We met the way divers always do: crossing paths at cenote entrances, sharing gear recommendations, swapping stories of the passages we’d found and the ones we hadn’t quite cracked yet. Over time, the group took shape. We started planning trips together, exploring deeper into the Yucatán’s vast underground river systems, pushing our certifications further, and — crucially — having a lot of fun doing it. The “Club” in our name isn’t just branding. It reflects what we genuinely are: a tight-knit crew of passionate divers who happen to have turned their greatest love into their livelihood. When you dive with us, you’re not booking a tour operator — you’re joining the group, even if just for a day. Today, Cave Dive Club offers world-class cave diving experiences, guided cenote adventures, and professional courses across the Yucatán Peninsula — all with the warmth, precision, and genuine excitement of people who simply cannot imagine doing anything else.
Meet the Team
Four nationalities, one shared addiction to the underwater world.
Paul
France 🇫🇷
Paul grew up in France with the sea in his blood and a relentless curiosity about what lies beneath the surface. One trip to the Yucatán was all it took — the cenotes hooked him completely, and he never really left.
A TDI Full Cave diver, Paul has stacked an impressive array of technical certifications: Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR), CCR Cave, MOD1, MOD2, and DPV (Diver Propulsion Vehicle). He is also a certified Cavern Instructor, meaning he doesn’t just explore the limits himself — he teaches others to do it safely.
His role in the club is equal parts explorer and guide. If there’s an unmapped passage somewhere in the peninsula, Paul is probably already thinking about it.
Jorge
Mexico 🇲🇽
Jorge grew up with the cenotes on his doorstep, and he has been in love with them his entire life. As a TDI Full Cave diver, he knows the Yucatán’s underwater systems with the kind of quiet intimacy that only comes from years of patient exploration.
He is also the club’s visual storyteller. Jorge is an accomplished underwater photographer and videographer, with an eye for capturing the extraordinary light, geometry, and stillness of cave environments. The images that make you want to jump on a plane to Mérida? Those are probably his.
When he’s not framing a shot or threading through a restriction, Jorge is the one making sure everyone on the dive feels at home in the water.
Adam
United States 🇺🇸
Adam came to cave diving the hard way — through a deep love of technical diving and a stubborn refusal to turn around until he’d seen what was around the next bend. A TDI Full Cave and CCR diver, he brings a methodical, detail-oriented approach to every dive.
His background in technical diving means he is meticulous about planning, gas management, and team awareness — the unglamorous stuff that keeps everyone safe and lets the adventure happen. Above water, he’s the one you’ll find tinkering with gear or running through dive plans one more time, just to be sure.
Vincent
Canada 🇨🇦
Vincent discovered cave diving after years of open-water and technical diving — and describes it as the moment everything clicked. A TDI Full Cave and CCR diver, he brings a calm, measured energy to the group that the others will readily admit has pulled more than one dive back from the edge of poor decision-making.
Canadian by birth, Yucatecan by adoption, Vincent is the voice of reason and the first one to spot an opportunity for a longer penetration when the conditions are right. He believes that great diving is equal parts preparation and presence — and he lives both to the fullest.

These ecosystems are irreplaceable. We dive with zero-impact practices, support local conservation initiatives, and organize regular cleanup dives. The cenotes were here long before us; we intend to keep them pristine for whoever comes next.
